However, we are not liable for the actions of individual users or companies using our platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

User Responsibilities

As a subscriber to Lead Prospector Pro's services, you agree to:

• Comply with all federal and state laws governing telemarketing, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR)
• Adhere to appropriate calling time windows as defined by law (generally 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM in the recipient's time zone)
• Provide clear opt-out mechanisms for all marketing communications
• Use accurate caller ID information and never engage in caller ID spoofing
• Maintain and honor your own internal do-not-call list
• Check the National Do Not Call Registry before initiating telemarketing campaigns
• Never place calls to emergency service numbers (911) or hospital emergency lines
• Never send unauthorized text messages or make unauthorized robocalls
• Obtain proper consent before contacting individuals

Platform Policy Requirements

All clients, resellers, and end users of the Lead Prospector Pro platform must comply with our platform standards. This includes maintaining professional conduct in all communications, respecting recipient preferences, and immediately honoring opt-out requests. Failure to comply may result in account suspension or termination without refund.
